Gang seizes Pune woman's property, complaint filed

A gang took over a 25-guntha plot and bungalow belonging to an elderly woman while she was visiting her daughter in the United States of America. The gang entered the bungalow by scaling the boundary wall and forcibly breaking the lock. The complaint was lodged by the 69-year-old woman residing in Katraj.

The news about some people occupying 🏠property forcefully is true but is it the first time this has happened? There are many instances where there have been forceful possession of property by some miscreants causing mental and financial loss to the owners of property.

  3. The Property must be in occupation or business or with a caretaker but not more than 3-5 years🕑 in the same person/entity.

  5. Demarcation and boundary 💢must be clear on paper and also in possession.
    If possible take a loan 💰on property.
