In the video, the farmers seem to make claim that the matter is still in court and they are waiting for court results. They are also not disputing her claim of ownership but are requesting to wait for a court order/result.

💭Dispute:
The actual dispute is about the demarcation of land, which means that the lady and farmers have dispute about what is the boundary of the land purchased by the lady from them.

🔥Common problem in land purchase:
Today most of the land in Maharashtra is inherited land. In such situations, all people in the family have joint ownership of land.

⚖️Technical issue:
If one of the owner sells land before the proper partition of their common land which is legally possible... it becomes a matter of conflict and any of the co-owners can go to court or tehsildar to get the partition of the land done.
